Lead Software Engineer - San Francisco
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take the helm in managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while guiding the development of innovative software solutions. You’ll be a key player in designing, building, and enhancing our tech stack, as well as leading a talented team of engineers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a tech lead or similar leadership role.
- Versatility and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges across the full technology stack.
- Proficiency in Python with a strong background in building APIs, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Solid understanding of AWS technologies (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI modeling, particularly in LLM, GenAI, or RAG.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Google Cloud AI is a significant plus.
- Self-Driven and Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous environment, takes initiative without the need for constant supervision, and demonstrates a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate effectively with team members, including those in different locations.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
- Write and review product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate available technologies.
- Review code developed by other team members, providing feedback to ensure best practices in coding standards, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and adapt existing documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage and resolve product or system issues by analyzing the root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $100,000 – $200,000, plus equity.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage and unlimited on-demand PTO.

Sales Development Representative - San Francisco
We are seeking a self motivated SDR to join our exciting startup team. In this role, you will take the helm in managing your sales pipeline, achieving personal and team goals. You will have the opportunity working with our sales leader as well as CEO to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Act as the CEO of your pipeline, managing and nurturing leads to convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator and conference lead generation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Leader and Executive to strategize on high-value accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound customer interest and develop these accounts to create opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
- Marketing Support: Assist in online and other marketing campaigns to support outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of sales experience preferred, especially in SaaS or tech sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to think on your feet, and comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment. Familiar with Hubspot or similar CRM.
- Attributes: Self-discipline, humility, curiosity, and the ability to motivate oneself and others.
- Education: BA/BS degree required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in AI or SaaS technologies is highly valued.
- Experience with life insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions.
