When we saw how Generative AI could finally tackle these bottlenecks – not with generic automation, but with domain-specific intelligence – we knew it was time to act. In 2024, Xcela was born. First, we help life insurance carriers and top producers cut application times from months to days.

But the deeper we went, the clearer the opportunity became. Surety bonds, mortgage lending, wealth planning – every vertical faced the same operational drag. So we expanded.
