Recognizing a significant opportunity to apply this technology in life insurance, he co-founded Xcela to empower agents by streamlining and accelerating their sales and operations. For Xuejun, AI is the driving force behind automation and innovation in the workplace, and he’s dedicated to leveraging it to create impactful solutions in the industry.
Nick Bowman
Co-founder & Head of Sales
Nick co-founded Xcela out of frustration with the slow, inconsistent, and outdated processes in securing life insurance policies. He questioned why the experience had to be so drawn-out and unreliable. This led to the creation of Xcela, where the sales process will be faster, more consistent, and ultimately more human.
